Still can't import anything from ebay.
When I try to import my listings from eBay, I still get nothing. It sits at the page saying this may take a few minutes for hours and gets nothing acomplished.

We’re sorry about that. This is a bug that we’re working on. It has to do with the eBay API and our AJAX calls. A fix will be ready soon.
For now, you can get around the problem by forcing a browser refresh with F5, as suggested by Mark Jackson.

Make day's profit/loss details be more like a spreadsheet
When you click on a day's profit/loss bar on the "Daily Profit/Loss" chart, the details of that day's income/expenses appears. I think those details should be presented more like a spreadsheet.

Make reports downloadable or printable
I would really like the option to download or print P/L reports and sales detail reports.

That’s a fantastic suggestion!
As soon as we have an estimated timeframe to release this improvement, we’ll update this suggestion. Thanks for suggesting it, and keep the suggestions coming.

Show total expenses like we have with total profit.
Just like we have the one line total profit of $$$ I would also like to see the total expenses on one line that includes both the insertation fee and ebay+paypal cut / final value sale.

tarnok,
That’s a good suggestion. I think that line should include both total profit and expenses.

Integrate with Listing Software (InkFrog,Auctiva,Turbolister, etc) Inventory for Item Costs etc.
Either directly integrate or allow import of listing costs from listing software where item costs etc are already entered. This would save searching for listings to identify items then looking up purchase prices etc. in hundreds of stocked items.

input known cost into active listings
make the active items similar to the completed sales so that you can input the cost of the items that are known to the seller at the time of listing, such as acqusistion cost and other cost that the buyer may know of at the time of listing. this would save time after the sale. and allow the seller to keep better track of his cost he has in each item from the start of a listing instead of having to wait untill an item sells to input this info.

Make it clear that the login information is being sent securely
At present, I'm asked to enter my ProfBay password thru an unencrypted webpage. Better to make the login over a HTTPS connection so that the username and password are encrypted prior to sending. eBay follows this practice, for example. Later, pages can be passed without encryption. Again, see eBay functionality for examples.

ProfBay uses secure, encrypted pages for login. Even though the home page isn’t encrypted, the form with your login information is submitted to an encrypted page.
We will make it clear that the information is being sent securely.

Integrate site with Amazon.com and Craigslist
It's great to be able to track my eBay sales, but the reality is that most people that do a large volume of sales use a variety of sites dependent on the item and price. I know that in addition to eBay, I do a large amount of selling on Amazon.com and Craigslist. It would be great to see this site integrate with the other two in order to keep track of profit/loss across all three sites.

Allow diferent listings for the same item to be grouped by inventory to allow historic view by Item
When selling an item it often appears in multiple formats (Store,Auction, BuyItNow) and it would be good to be able to assign an inventory item number to listings so that the true historic sales, Profit/Loss can be viewed for a particular Inventory Item. This could be assigned by a simple drop down next to each listing and then it would be nice to view and chart the history of just that item to identify trends!!

I suggest maybe a feature for sellers who do all free shipping?
Maybe, for us sellers like myself, who have all free shipping in all our aucitons, but still use ebay to ship from, you can get the actual shipping costs that we pay from ebay, and incorporate it right into the dashboard and info. Something more automated so we dont have to manually input all that. It would easier for sellers who sell 100+ items a month. Just a thought. Thanks.

Make Profbay compatible with google chrome. No charts or other data load in chrome.
When using google chrome, the charts don't show up, and when I click a link to get data, the loading sign just sits there, the page doesn't change no matter how long I wait. I've checked in firefox, and it works fine, so I guess I'll just use firefox to check things. However, it would be nice if it worked in my default browser! :)

Put "eBay id", "Sales Act." and Chart Selection in a table
On "My eBay Selling", the "eBay user id", "Sales Activity" and "Chart Selection" selections are in their own individual boxes, with quite a bit of space between them.
It would be nice to consolidate them into a table at the top of the screen, to reduce the amount of scrolling needed.
